1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "bets55", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to bets55, the operator of bets55.app and all associated services.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the bets55 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to a registered bets55 user account, identified by a unique email address and secured by a password chosen by the User.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the website at bets55.app, all subdomains, any mobile applications, and all services offered thereunder including sportsbook, live casino, slots, bingo, and Golden Bank.
• "Funds" refers to any real-money balance held in a bets55 account, whether deposited by the User or credited by bets55 as a bonus, promotion, or adjustment.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus balances credited to an account by bets55 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by bets55 prior to processing withdrawals and as part of ongoing fraud prevention obligations.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bets55 platform, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bets55 platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of bets55 following the publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3Eligibility

Access to and use of the bets55 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bets55 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced through identity verification.
• You must be accessing bets55 from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of bets55 or any of its affiliate companies, third-party service providers, or game suppliers.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the bets55 platform via a self-exclusion request or enforced account closure for breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.

bets55 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any point during a User's account lifecycle. Where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, bets55 may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold funds pending investigation.

4Account Registration

To access the full range of bets55 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must register a bets55 account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account operation:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one bets55 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested by bets55 during registration or KYC verification.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bets55 login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. bets55 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
• Account transfer: bets55 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any associated funds to any third party.

5Identity Verification (KYC)

bets55 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. bets55 may also require KYC verification at account registration, at the point of deposit, or at any point during account activity where bets55 deems it necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.

Acceptable identity verification documents include, but are not limited to:

• Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Valid passport
• Any government-issued photo identification document
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the past 90 days
• Source of funds documentation where requested by bets55's compliance team

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bets55 will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. Where KYC documents are found to be fraudulent, the account will be permanently closed and all funds may be confiscated in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

6Deposits & Payments

bets55 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast, Bitcoin, and USDT (TRC-20). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the bets55 cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits to bets55 are processed in the base currency of the User's account. For cryptocurrency deposits, the PKR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain. bets55 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for cryptocurrency price fluctuations between the time a transaction is initiated and when it is confirmed.

bets55 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that is suspected to be fraudulent, originated from a stolen payment method, or processed in contravention of these Terms. Any deposit found to have originated from a fraudulent source will be reversed and the account closed.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by bets55 subject to the following conditions:

• The requesting account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered on the account.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified real-money balance on the account. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed in the bets55 cashier.
• bets55 targets a processing time of minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts. Cryptocurrency withdrawals settle upon one on-chain confirmation. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.

bets55 may delay or suspend a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where the withdrawal is subject to an ongoing compliance review. In such cases, bets55 will notify the User and provide an estimated resolution timeframe where possible.

8Bonuses & Promotions

bets55 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentive programmes to registered account holders. All bets55 bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotional page states otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each specific promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active on a bets55 account at any given time unless bets55 expressly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between bets55 accounts and may not be sold or exchanged.
• bets55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited and wagering is in progress, bets55 will provide reasonable notice before any modification takes effect.
• If bets55 determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

9Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed through the bets55 platform. Sport-specific rules and market-specific rules are additionally documented within the sportsbook section of bets55 and should be consulted before placing any bet.

• Bet acceptance: All bets placed on bets55 are subject to acceptance by bets55 at its absolute discretion. A bet is not confirmed until bets55 displays a bet confirmation reference number to the User.
• Palpable errors: bets55 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were offered due to a manifest error (whether technical or human). In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's account.
• In-play betting: Bets placed on in-play markets after the outcome of the relevant event or incident is publicly known will be void. bets55 employs automated systems to prevent such bets but cannot guarantee complete elimination of such occurrences.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply per event and are displayed in the bets55 sportsbook. bets55 reserves the right to limit the stakes of any User at its absolute discretion.
• Match abandonment: In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, bets55 will apply the rules specified in its sport-specific betting rules, which generally result in void bets unless otherwise stated.

10Casino & Games

The bets55 casino, slot, bingo, and Golden Bank products are governed by the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed at the point of play:

• All game outcomes on bets55 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes observed through live video feed. bets55 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round — including loss of connection, server errors, or video feed interruption — the round will be settled according to the rules of the game provider in effect at the time. If settlement is not possible, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• bets55 is not responsible for any loss of data or incomplete gaming sessions caused by the User's own internet connection or device failure.
• Game availability on bets55 may vary and certain titles may be withdrawn from the platform at any time. bets55 will endeavour to provide advance notice where a popular title is scheduled for removal.

11Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bets55 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one bets55 account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the bets55 platform in a manner not available to regular users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on bets55.
• Using bets55 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or errors in odds to gain an unfair advantage over bets55 or other users.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bets55 customer support staff or other users.
• Circumventing any technical restriction, geolocation control, or access limitation implemented by bets55.

Where bets55 suspects but has not yet confirmed prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to freeze the account and associated funds pending investigation. The duration of any such freeze will be communicated to the User, and bets55 aims to conclude investigations within 30 business days where possible.

12Responsible Gaming

bets55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow Users to manage their gambling activity in a healthy and controlled manner. The following responsible gaming features are available to all bets55 account holders:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their bets55 account. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: Users may set a maximum session duration, after which bets55 will automatically log them out.
• Cool-off periods: Users may apply a temporary suspension to their account (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cool-off period, the account cannot be used for any betting or gaming activity.
• Self-exclusion: Users may permanently self-exclude from bets55. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and bets55 will not reinstate a self-excluded account under any circumstances. Funds remaining on a self-excluded account will be returned to the User following standard KYC verification.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the bets55 platform — including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, images, icons, logos, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the bets55 brand — is the property of bets55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bets55 platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any bets55 content without the prior written consent of bets55.

14Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bets55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the bets55 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or errors on the bets55 platform not attributable to gross negligence on the part of bets55.
• Losses arising from the User's failure to maintain adequate account security, including compromised passwords or unauthorised access to the User's account by a third party.
• Losses arising from the User's reliance on information published on the bets55 platform, including odds, statistics, or game information.

Where bets55's liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, bets55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into bets55 during the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

15Termination

bets55 may terminate or suspend your account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• bets55 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• bets55 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct on your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 24 months and has a zero or near-zero balance, in which case bets55 will provide 30 days' notice before closure.

You may close your bets55 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.

16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under bets55's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and bets55, you are encouraged to first contact the bets55 support team to attempt an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution process specified under bets55's gaming licence conditions.

17Amendments to These Terms

bets55 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bets55 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
• Display a notice on the bets55 platform informing Users of the change.
• Where the change is materially adverse to Users, provide at least 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the bets55 platform after amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your bets55 account before the effective date of the amendment.
